In which currency are the prices displayed on the site?
All prices are displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) for your convenience.
I just placed an order; when will it ship?
We aim to ship items as promptly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). After shipping, you can expect delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.
I am not satisfied with my order; can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product is defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. Be sure to include your name and order number with your return shipment. If your package is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without any charge, provided it has not yet shipped. If your item has already shipped, please follow our returns process to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address; what should I do?
If you notice an incorrect address on your order, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately and confirm the correct address. If the address needs updating, we can do so within 24 hours. After this period, we will be unable to make changes, and no refunds will be provided for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
How long does shipping take?
On average, shipping takes 5-10 business days once your order has been processed. We also offer free shipping on all orders!
